We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on your departure day so that we can guarantee it will be available to arriving guests from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Please remember to return your room key to reception upon departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us; please inquire at reception.

Would you like to keep the room longer than 10:30 am? Please contact reception.

You can use your room key to access the hotel at night via the side entrances of Building A and Building B. This key also opens the doors to the ski/bike storage rooms. Please take your room key with you in the evening, as you will no longer be able to access the key box next to reception after 9 pm.

You can obtain a garage key or a second room key at reception for a deposit of CHF 20.–.

The parking fee of CHF 10 per day will be added to your hotel bill. You can park in the open garage or on the first basement level.

We are pleased to offer you a generous breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 to 10:00. If you would like to prepare a packed lunch for yourself, you are welcome to do so. We charge CHF 10 per person. Please inform our staff at the checkout.

The buffet restaurant is open from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and from 6:15 PM to 8:30 PM. We prepare a daily selection of dishes from which you are welcome to help yourself at the buffet.

For guests who have booked half-board or full-board, a table with a name sign is reserved. Please pay for your drinks directly at the till.

Are you vegetarian or do you have a special diet? Please let us know at reception upon arrival. Our chefs will be happy to prepare suitable meals for you.

We gladly accept cancellations for lunch or dinner (excluding group members) at reception no later than 10 a.m. on the same day.

We will credit you CHF 10 per person and CHF 7 per child.

Our hotel bar is open daily from 4 pm until at least 10 pm.

From the very first day, you can purchase your ski pass from us for CHF 55 per day (for ages 13 and up) for your entire stay (number of nights = number of ski days). Please contact reception to purchase it. Tickets for individual days during your stay, as well as family and child tickets, can be purchased directly at the valley station or via www.snow-deal.ch

During the summer season, a ticket for all open mountain railways and public transport is included with a stay of two nights or more. This ticket allows you to use all mountain railways (when open), buses, and the Rhaetian Railway free of charge within the triangle formed by Maloja, Spinas, Cinuos-chel, and Alp Grüm.

Ski and bike storage rooms are located to the right of the entrances in buildings A and B. Another room is next to the open garage. Please always close the doors. You can warm your ski boots on the boot warmers for the next day.

Well-behaved dogs can stay overnight for CHF 10 per day. We kindly ask you not to bring your dog to the self-service buffet.

You will find billiard balls and cue on the billiard table in the lounge, as well as the ping pong table including paddles and balls.

The sauna and steam room are located in Building B on the lower ground floor (UG 1). They can be used daily from 3 pm to 8 pm during the winter season. In summer, the sauna and steam room must be reserved in advance at reception. Sauna towels are available at reception for a fee of CHF 3.

The lounge and children's play area are located on the ground floor of House B.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. Violations will be charged a cleaning fee of CHF 200 per incident.

It is forbidden to place bottles, food, or shoes on the windowsill. Please be aware that falling objects can cause serious damage to people and vehicles. The hotel accepts no liability.

You can settle your bill during your stay or on your departure day. We gladly accept cash or all major credit cards as payment methods.

An ATM is located 50 m from the hotel at the Graubünden Cantonal Bank.

The Wi-Fi works in all buildings. You can get the password at reception.

For your and our safety, we have installed surveillance cameras in the hotel's common areas and in certain outdoor areas. The stored data is automatically overwritten and deleted.
