CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations and changes are an unforeseen situation for everyone involved. Therefore, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events.
Below we have summarized the terms and conditions for you.
Cancellations and changes to your reservation:
Up to 14 days before arrival
no costs
0 – 13 days before arrival
100% of the total reserved amount
Your personal cancellation and amendment deadlines
Please refer to your booking confirmation, which is binding.
Cancellation cost insurance
With the booking confirmation and your signature/return, we conclude an accommodation agreement which is binding for both parties. We therefore guarantee your booked stay and look forward to your arrival.
After the cancellation and amendment period has expired, no free cancellations or reductions are possible.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., TCS ETI Protection Letter, European Travel Insurance ERV, etc.). Your stay will remain reserved for you in any case and will be invoiced by us.
